250 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland

			This 360,000 SF office tower occupies a position of prominence on the approach to Baltimore from Washington, D.C. One of the anchors of the inner harbor development, it was designed by the Washington office of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill and has a gleaming polished granite and reflective silver glass façade.
